I grew up in West Bay and was a graduate of SAERC. I spent the first 10 years of my teaching career working for SanBernardino County Schools in California before returning home. I have a background in special needs and have worked for the SRSB as a classroom teacher, YSF teacher, provided behavior support and as a teacher/trainer for other teachers who were working with students with special needs (specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders).
Currently I am a grade primary teacher at Tamarac Elementary and live in Port Hastings. This is my 29th year teaching and my 11th year teaching grade primary at this school. I have four children of my own and your child will be treated like one of mine for the year they are with me. Let's work together to keep the lines of communication open and make this year a great one.
